		<description>&lt;b&gt;I swear by yoga, ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; I swear by yoga, it&#039;s the best form of excercise. Sadie I have watched a few of your videos and think they are very good indeed. The great thing about yoga is that you find your weaknesses and limitations on how flexible you are and you can work on them and improve on them. My favourite is the tree pose can stand like that for ages!</description>

One more thing it would be wonderfull if you could put all of your vids available for download. That way I can do them even when I&#039;m not at home.

Not to be a pain but I play the violin and I notice that after a couple of hours playing it my lower back, neck and shoulders get stiff. Any tips of exercises I can do?
