Moisturizers can’t "firm" skin. That’s a very effective marketing lie, unfortunately. If you want your breasts to be…perkier…working your pectoral muscles will give them the most "lift" possible, naturally.

Can you recommend a good moisturiser or firming lotion for the breasts?
I have checked out reviews online and the best ones for this delicate area are all very expensive, im on a tight budget.
